Ryan Tucker serves as Senior Counsel and Director of the Center for Christian Ministries with Alliance Defending Freedom. He oversees all litigation efforts to maintain and defend the constitutionally protected freedom of churches, Christian ministries and religious schools to exercise their rights under the First Amendment.

• Graduate of Texas A&M and Baylor Law School
• Member of the state bar in Texas and Arizona and has argued cases at the US Supreme Court
• ADF attorneys have provided legal advice to thousands of churches and ministries across the country. Defending churches during the COVID-19 pandemic and when appropriate, the ADF team took legal action to advocate for equal treatment of churches across the country.
